KIRO Hiroshima by THE SHARE HOTELS

The rooms were very nice and clean. The location is great as it's away from the noise, but only one street away from the hustle and bustle of it all, and a short distance to street cars and direct connections. The facilities were really nice with a small bar on site, and a kitchen that you can use with filtered water. Beds were comfortable

The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood. Its very close to shops, restaurants and combini. Hotel staff are also great, very accommodating & approachable. Hotel rooms are spacious.

Location, the lounge remodeled from an indoor pool is cool.

The room is dirty. Carpet is visibly dirty, definitely the dirtiest carpet I’ve seen in Japan. The comforter got a lot of stains from former guests and the hotel still used it for our room!

Central location, clean room, comfortable bed, fridge and tea kettle, excellent bathroom/bathing facility, laundry facilities, customizable breakfast to meet dietary needs, interesting shop in the lobby featuring local artists, helpful multilingual staff.

Dryer took a bit long to dry our clothes.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I keep coming back for a reason. Lovely room, great staff, amazing coffee stand in the lobby, and in a great location!

Great stylish design hotel, the common 'rest' area with a bar and a small kitchen is amazing - it's remodeled from the old swimming pool (of all things!) and is full of light and greenery. Staff is nice and helpful; loved the small coffee shop in the reception area too (just wish it closed a tad bit later in the evening))

Was nice cozy place to stay near the shopping area and so close to the river area as well

Should have had more selection for breakfast but over all ok

I liked the location. Very central to the more tourist parts of Hiroshima.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The room is so cramped you can't open two suitcases at the same time without losing any walking space. It was just a hassle for two people to move around a room without being shoved into each other. We booked this hotel cause it was supposed to be larger than other hotels. It's not. Out of the dozens of hotels I've stayed in across the world. This is my least favorite. Not to mention the fake windows and loud neighbors having relations on and off all night

They charge you an additional cost for each time your room is cleaned which was only told to me a few days before my stay. At the cost of the hotel I find it amusing.The soap, shampoo etc are all the shared reusable bottles. After all the stuff I have seen people do to these online, I wouldn't feel comfortable using them but hotels do it to keep profits high.

Location had lots of nearby restaurants and was reasonable walking distance to Peace Memorial Park.The shared kitchen area and "pool" area provided some nice space for eating some snacks and relaxing.Outlets beside beds was great for phones. Small refrigerator and electric kettle were appreciated.Good shower.

"Counter" space in room was very limited. Bit difficult to organize miscellaneous stuff (snacks or drinks, etc) in room.

The location was terrific and everything was walkable in the neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious. I really appreciated the adaptive reuse design and architecture.

The breakfast was exactly the same every day with no variation. I was asked if I had any allergies and yes, to raw onion, which was in both the chicken salad and the avocado, so I could only eat the green salad. There was also lentil soup. Then you have 4 choices of crepe, with no substitutions. There is a crepe with roasted vegetables (very good) and sausage (ok) and a weird cheese; an egg, ham, and cheese crepe that is very good; a crepe Suzette that looked ok; and a crepe with sugar, butter, and ice cream that would be more appropriate for dessert. Every. Single. Day. The coffee was good though.

From the start our experience was great. Lovely friendly staff, who held our bags until check-in. The room was easily the biggest we've had in Japan, and for a great price. Plenty of room for bags, and without ruining the general vibe of the room. The lounge / dining area is stunning, and the crepe breakfast was very tasty. The location is great, a short walk to transport in all directions, and the hotel is right in the middle of a great shopping and dining district.
